Kalyani and i have become fast friends. Thanks to Radhika and her blog hop. We have a lot of common ground between us. Bangalore mostly. Our love for the city is beyond my literary repertoire. We love the streets of Jayanagar. We love Kamat and Sukh Sagar. We fall in love a zillion times with Lal Bagh and Cubbon Park. I missed Bangalore for her the last time i was here. When she opened up slots for hosting Cooking For Kids Formerly HLI, i was overboard with joy. Technically, she is the first one to offer me a chance to guest host an event. Thank you dear for the vote of confidence. Now down to the event. Zucchinis are a part of the cucumber family. They are also known as courgettes and are available in India only recently. They are the central theme for this event. Read on to know the rules for the event. I know its ridiculously late to post an event announcement but sorry folks, i have my hands full today. Rules for the event:
a) Make a kid friendly dish with Zucchini as the main ingredient. You can also use cucumber as zucchinis belong to this family and they are not widely availabe in India.
b) Logo usage is mandatory as it helps spreading the word.
c) Fresh entries along with a maximum of 2 archived entries are accepted as long as they are reposted.
d) Event runs from 10th January - 9th February 2012.
