Happenings: From top food bloggers onto your table.

Originally from Franklin Square, NY, Linda Tanella moved to Carmel, Indiana with her family in 1999. Linda’s fitness background started with teaching group fitness and dance. Linda ultimately used her own passion for both teaching and fitness as motivation to obtain certification as a personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Currently, Linda is also working towards certification in nutritional counseling. As a personal trainer, Linda works with her clients to set goals but she also continues to reach further in her own fitness routine. Early in 2011, Linda decided to add competitive bodybuilding to her repertoire. After intensive training and preparation, she competed in the OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders) Natural Indiana competition and placed 2nd in both Novice Figure and Open Short Figure categories!
